strangedaysindeed9 It’s the 10 year anniversary of the second night of the UK leg of Arctic Monkeys’ instantly sold-out ‘Suck It And See’ tour. During this tour they brought back ‘Dance Little Liar’ on stage for the first and final time since the ‘Humbug’ tour, this time in a special 2011 arrangement with a brilliant new guitar solo played by Jamie Cook. To celebrate that, may I present to you a multi-angle edit of the song, compiled from footage from the first of 2 packed nights at the O2 Arena in London back in October 2011. (4 years ago)

The real hero is the camera man filming it horizontally

I love Macs smile when he sees that he can actually play. It’s so sweet, he’s such a good guy.

I love when Mac is fully confident that the kid is going to crush the whole thing and is like, "Well, smoke break I guess."

I like when artists do this. They don’t even know what that means to a fan. It means the world. It’s a moment this kid will never forget. Music is powerful.

This is prolly the best recorded live version of freaking out the neighborhood, Mac is doing his best, the kid is playing amazingly and the whole band is enjoying it, just look at Andys face ffs

For those confused at why the hand movements don't line up with the melody, the dude he brought up is not doing lead guitar, thats the other guitarist to the right. The guy they brought up on stage is doing the softer, background, rhythm guitar. Still killed it tho

An underrated part is when the camera pans over to the crowd just to give a slight perspective from the kid. CRAZY TALENT.
