I bought a tomahawk steak at costco a few weeks ago which was the first time I ever saw one other than at a restaurant. I followed this recipe and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had! Thank you Malcom!

Dude, I'm in Australia, it's 2am over here atm, my sinuses are shot at the moment, & even I can smell that, cooking and eating a good one of those is on my bucket list, thanks for your inspiration, we like the odd BBQ over here too.
