For US Citizens, there's an unlawful bill being proposed under the guise of 'online safety' that would force you to give up your ID to corporations just to access your computer. This was proposed bipartisan, and as such will affect us all. I implore anyone on here to read about the bill and contact your state representatives to try and get them to oppose it.

I would recommend reaching out to everyone in your state that you can. Obviously everyone has their own political opinions, and I have no intent on telling you what you should support, but this goes beyond that and is just more over reaching by corporations and the government invading our rights and going against the constitution. We're all getting screwed by this, so we all need to fight it.
...You know we live in a sad age when someone who basically only uploads video game stuff to YouTube months apart is going around asking people to get involved.

Play Ninja Gaiden 4. This is non-negotiable. Most fun I've had since DMC5.
Also hi again, it's been a bit. I give up on waiting for YouTube to fix itself (clearly it ain't happening, no surprise there) and we'll be back to DMC3 soon. A lot busier now between work and school but I kinda feel wrong for leaving it unfinished and making everyone wait on it so hopefully that'll be starting back up within the next week.
With that said, I am also planning out possibly doing an actual commentary for the game too since I made you all wait, so hopefully that's good. It'll be a first here and I'll still upload no commentary versions and write out descriptions to not change things for those who won't enjoy them (which will likely be everyone whenever you hear me talk lol). They'll be post recording though to help cover the game's mechanics better without having to worry about talking and playing at once and keeping track there. If that goes over well, might rerecord DMC1 with one.
There's also DMC2 which will also be starting soon. I had recording started on that pre-DMC3, but I didn't finish it because it's DMC2. Consider that the horror for this Halloween, a truly awful game.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news again on this, but until YouTube reverses their stupid policy requiring you to submit your IDs so they can steal your info to make money off it, I’m probably gonna just put DMC3’s walkthrough on hold for now. Half considering just deleting this channel wholesale, but I’ll probably leave it up for anyone who want to watch any of my videos (they’re not good imo, but they were fun to make and I hope that carried across more than the quality).
Honestly, I’ve only used this site for fun throughout my time here. I’m not in it for the money, never was and never planned to be. Over the years YouTube has gotten worse and worse, and as a user it’s been frustrating to say the least. Every new change of the past decade has seemingly made things deteriorate. First it was changing stuff from stars to likes, then getting rid of dislikes because they were that petty over rewind, then the constant shoving of malfunctioning “AI” features in our faces. This brings us to current events.
As things are here now, we’re looking at an invasion of privacy. YouTube’s AI systems are going through your watch history to determine your ages, a practice already shown in research to be unsuccessful, and ignore any other proof of your general age range (even if you say had an account for 20 years). If this faulty system determines you to be underage, regardless if you actually are, it will make you upload your ID to it. YouTube and other corporations following with this wave of ID required submissions do not care about children, do not for a moment think they do. If children need protecting from anyone, it’s those in powerful positions (likely some who are even involved in these policies). This is a sham to get you to hand over your personal information to build “digital credentials” held and controlled by Google. It is immoral, and in some countries illegal, and I do not intend to have any part in it. To put it bluntly, I’m outta here.
For those who have watched any of my videos, and those who subscribed, I sincerely thank you all. It’s people like you who make this place a site worth visiting in spite of its problems, and I wish you all the best.
If you’re sick of the crap that YouTube is pulling, make it known. I intend to do my part in this too. For now I’m personally hoping for an actual good alternative to YouTube to take its place (one not dominated by political flame wars primarily either, just good fun user videos like the YouTube of the old days). Time will tell there, but for now hit ‘em where it hurts.
