Police trying to make out that it wasn't premeditation...the amount of time the police said we got information and knew more about him really ? You got his criminal record of rape and murder you would think that would tell them he is a dangerous monster

The Sheriff and the GBI agent putting the killer alone, behind BOTH of them? There should have been a third, unarmed officer handcuffed to the killer. Seen it done like that lots of times.

They should have had an inmate beat him with oranges in a pillow case, and tell him to reveal wheee the bodies were. No marks left, but a world of hurt.

The summery execution was for the murder of the State Trooper though they saved the families from having to testify in open court and interact with this Devil who would have only laughed and taunt the survivors and family of the murdered.

I can't believe that trooper pulled him over and then just walks up unprepared like that. Another thing when knowles kidnapped the other guy so he could have his car there was no reason for the cops to go to that guys hotel room and rummage through his shit.

In the 1970, both the FBI and the Police were not very vigilant, and tech was not advanced. Such methods of crime are probably unlikly today.
