I appreciate y'all talking about the psychological toll that immersing yourself daily in current socio-political issues takes on you after a while. I too find myself being viewed as a cynic and being more depressed as a result of how much I try to keep myself informed.

Noah went so hard (in a good way) for Palestine that I could tell it burnt him out. Props on him for raising all that money at the cost of his health

What Noah said about the balance between advocacy and emotional connection really resonated with me. There are times when all I can think about is Palestine, and I struggle to process the inhumanity of it all. When Chris mentioned that at the end of the day he can put his phone down because it's not his trauma, it stuck with me. We are privileged to be able to take a step back... and that brings me a lot of guilt.

Hard to tell who has the most masculine jawline in this dream blunt-rotation.

Daniel Maté is the one that helped me the most to deal with the hurt from learning and knowing about all these horrors.

TWO AND A HALF HOURS??? You lads spoil us, I’ll need at least three consecutive business days to get through this entire thing, damn. 🏼

I've literally heard Zionists talk about US Palestinians who say they have lost family and friends in Gaza, that their family/friends "shouldn't have been terrorists, then". It's just disgusting. Zionists will look at a Palestinian baby and all they think is how that baby deserves to die because one day they'll become a "terrorist". This is why I think it's so important to remind people that resistance to occupation and genocide, by ANY MEANS NECESSARY, is written into international law and is not only legally acceptable, but is morally correct as well.

I know it's uncomfortable to talk about how to deal with all the grief of witnessing a genocide from afar, but I think it is important from a practical standpoint, just how do we go on being effective while feeling so hopeless.

Noah would make a perfect third host if that ever becomes a thing. The flow of conversation, the politeness, the back and forths between you three were great!
