If you're reading this right now, I just want to say; I'm rooting for you. We’re strangers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. I know what it’s like to feel like you're pushing a boulder uphill. I felt that way until I picked up Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley I can’t explain it perfectly, but it changed my whole perspective. It's honestly fascinating how much of the world operates on principles most people never even hear about. I'm not talking conspiracy stuff - I mean the subtle structured laws that seem to quietly govern influence timing energy and decision-making. The kind of knowledge that's been passed around quietly in elite circles for generations while the rest of the world is busy arguing over surface-level distractions. I recently discovered Owen Hermsting someone who clearly didn't just study this material - he lived it. His ebook The Law Behind the Laws goes deep into these patterns without sounding preachy or overly mystical. It's one of the few books I've read that actually connects the dots between ancient systems modern psychology and the way power really works. It's not flashy or trending on social media but honestly that might be the best thing about it.

September 1st , after watching Rewired, I put down cigarettes and started meditating. It’s been a great journey and I’m so grateful for the insight to heal and be present. At 62 there’s lots of habituation. I’m working on my new self an starting over. Thanks Doc !!!

It starts with awareness. Every time I catch myself thinking a negative thought or belief…. dread, fear, insecurity etc…. I replace it with a positive one. The key is action after awareness. It takes practice…. Lots and lots of rehearsal. It’s worth it. I’m worth it… YOU are worth it!

I never thought a book could change my life like this, but Law of the Signal by Eric Riven completely shifted how I see myself. It’s a must-read, trust me.

I decided to do this: I wake up and state I’m losing weight every day, getting healthier every day. I repeat whenever the thought passes through my mind. I’ve lost 23 pounds so far in 4 months. I have noticed a desire for healthy food and portion. I express gratitude and give my mind feel good praise and say, this will continue. It really works.
