I have minecraft xbox, so it has less blocks than the pic, but I can do this type of stuff on my houses. You are a really good builder. I like your interior designs, and you can work well in tight spaces. Thank you for building

one quick tip that could help is use hoppers for sinks

For the bathrooms I use item frames above the sinks and I put the glass in it to make it look like a mirror
