For me, it was Mighty Ducks and Paul Kariya going to UMaine that got me into playing hockey as a kid. I got pretty good but quickly realized while attending a UMaine hockey camp that there’s some players out there that are a lot better than me. But I always played goalie and attended the camp as a lw and regretted not going as a goalie.
