head to ‘Network settings’ and select ‘Advanced settings’. Now select ‘Alternate port selection’ and switch from ‘Automatic to ‘Manual’. You’ll see a list of different port numbers – try selecting different ones to see if any of them provide you with an open NAT Type. Anything less than open (moderate or strict) seems to have difficulty connecting to EA servers - hope this helped.

My brother and I have been trying to play this together but every time he tries to connect to the EA server it doesn't work for him, he has the online pass and everything, it works for me just fine. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix it?

Ok I found a fix for me I don’t know for anyone else but if you have an Ethernet disconnect it and try it wirelessly.

I just wanna play dead space on PS4 and I can’t because it won’t connect to the EA servers I was able to play at first then about three months ago it stopped working does anyone know how to resolve this issue

I just played dead space co op today but my brother is having the same issue it keeps telling him that he can connect so im not sure why but the servers are still up and going
