This song is actually song #19 on the CD. You have to let the CD keep playing after the song "Check Me Out" ends. There is like 30 secs to a minute of silence but Chap V Outro eventually plays as track #19.

Its so weird its not listed on the deluxe version on iTunes or on the physical CD. If it weren't for wikipedia I wouldn't have even known it existed! Thanks! Gonna share it and generation some more listens!
