That's the way I've always drawn tornadoes.Seems like the only purpose they have is to destroy things,so in a way the red eyes and fangs are kinda fitting. Oh and the one way in the back has a face, but it's turned the other way towards the red sky

I just drew the picture in microsoft paint myself (I could've added some shadows if Paint had any of that) And then I added the headlines using Movie Maker
