Have you ever found yourself saying, "I have to finish this report," or "Ugh, I have to attend this meeting"?
It's easy to feel burdened by our tasks at work.
But what if we changed our perspective from "I have to" to "I get to"?
Instead of seeing these tasks as obligations, view them as opportunities.
"I get to finish this report" means you have a role that contributes to the team's success.
"I get to attend this meeting" means you have a seat at the table to share your ideas and collaborate.
By shifting our mindset, we transform routine tasks into privileges and opportunities for growth.
For instance, as a parent of four, I'm often driving my kids from activity to activity.
It could feel overwhelming, but I choose to see it as an opportunity. I get to spend time with my kids, witness their joys and frustrations, and be there for them in those moments.
This shift from "have to" to "get to" transforms tasks into privileges. What areas in your life can you reframe?
Embrace the opportunities you have, and you'll start seeing more things as gifts.

Are people better for having known you? 🌟
I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Brian Lord, President of Premiere Speakers Bureau, and our conversation sparked an interesting discussion:
Are people better off from having come into contact with you?
Brian emphasized the importance of intentionality in everything we do.
Whether you have a podcast, write a blog, sell a course, or lead a workshop, the key question remains the same...
Are people better off from having come into contact with you?
Why do you do what you do? What do you want the person to walk away with?
This truly struck a chord with me.
Whether it's through crafting podcasts or writing articles, Brian's insight serves as a powerful reminder to prioritize enriching lives over simply going through the motions.
What is your “why”?

Navigating organizational change is undeniably challenging.
Whether it involves major shifts in personnel, company goals, service offerings, operations, or cultural transformations, these changes can be tough to navigate.
I personally experienced the impact of organizational change during a merger that eventually led to my layoff. That experience left a lasting impression on me—I still recall the mix of emotions I felt that day!
Despite the difficulty, such changes are sometimes necessary. As a leader driving change, your ability to actively listen to your team's concerns and feedback becomes crucial.
By tuning in and truly understanding their perspectives, you cultivate empathy and trust within your organization.
For employees undergoing workplace shifts, feeling heard and understood can significantly impact how these changes unfold—either positively or in a way that could tarnish reputations.
And as we've all seen on the news, this is something we want to avoid.
With #activelistening we can steer our organizations toward success during times of transformation. 🌟

Navigating return-to-work orders can be challenging, as exemplified by companies like Amazon, Zoom, Nike, Disney, Apple, and so many more.
In 2023, Amazon mandated office return at least three days a week, with potential job loss for noncompliance.
Zoom shifted to a structured hybrid model but faced criticism for its in-office requirements despite being a remote collaboration tool.
Nike escalated from 3 to 4 days in-office, Disney faced backlash over a 4-day office mandate, leading to layoffs, and Apple reverted to 3 in-office days post-experiment.
There is no "one size fits all" approach on how to do this.
Amidst these shifts in workplace policies, fostering a resilient and inclusive workplace culture demands empathy and strategic adaptation.
I know this is a pressing issue for many companies. That's why I decided to do a video on the topic, where I share three key strategies for successfully navigating the return-to-work transition.
These three key strategies are not a "one size fits all" approach but guidelines for finding the right balance for your organization.

But what if an INTJ is placed in a Cautious role that requires detail, patience, memorization, and endurance (all Si traits) that an ISTJ can do easily that is also typed Cautious? What if the Cautious role requires strategic vision and synthesis (all Ni traits) that an INTJ can do easily but not an ISTJ? Law Enforcement is a heavy Introverted Sensing (Si) job requiring that kind of cognition whereas Process Consulting requires Introverted Intuition (Ni) cognition.

Unfortunately DISC really hasn't been updated since 1928 and it's use in the modern business world is questionable at best and counterproductive at worst.

S is the correct answer, the test was made by feminists to give an excuse to fire men without any reason. You need to hit the S.
