Let's just all appreciate the talent of a man who was sick af with the flu and still gave us this performance.

Thank you for not pausing it 20 times and actually listening to that amazing performance .

David Draiman...one of the best male vocalist's on the planet! Can go from warm baritone to angelic tenor to awesome rasp and grit and back again on a dime!! Amazing voice control and so soulful and powerful ! His range is also to die for! He's got it ALL !! Great reaction Pete!

I heard somewhere, and I'm not sure how true this is, that Paul Simon heard this version and liked it so much that he essentially said "it's your song now"

This is not a song we hear, this is a song you feel, a song your soul feels !

Disturbed's version of this song is so unbelievably powerful - it's mind blowing how powerful it is honestly. When the rage builds and you feel it.. it's just WOW

SusanBragg-x7j (2 years ago)
Such a strong and powerful voice. This is a stunning version. I was around when it came out in the 60's

the simon and garfunkel version was a warning to society and david said he sang this cover from a perspective of anger at society for failing to heed the warning from the original song... paul simon said he cried when he heard them sing this on conan then called david to tell him thanks and how much it moved him
